Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team with sales development & client management and implementation in achieving their business objectives
• Submit/ liaise applications with insurers
• Assist in proper documentation and maintenance of each application
• Familiar with insurance product/ services and banks' credit procedure or Insurer's due diligence procedure
• Perform administrative tasks, such as organizing medical examination and logistic for new leads, preparing insurance forms and policy contract package, handling client's reimbursement

The Insurance Case Manager is a developing professional role. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies.
