A well-known Insurance Business is looking for sales support analyst, to support managers with administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review fact-find forms and identify administrative errors (e.g., incorrect calculations, inconsistencies).
• Supplement sales leaders’ reviews and provide error lists for follow-up.
• Perform data entry for tracking and reporting in Excel.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma.
• CMFAS certifications (M9, M9A, CHI).

• Salary: S$ 2,500 - 3,000

Job Description:

• Ownership of the Growth, Retention and Profitability of portfolio assigned
• Responsible for preparing & negotiating quotes for all business lines (new business and renewals)
• Handle General Insurance enquiries from clients or business partners on policy matters
• Understand the client's insurance needs and provide proper advice
• Follow up with existing clients for policy renewals
• Handle general administrative and ensure proper documentation, records and filing
• Check of policy contracts, endorsements, invoices to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure all activities are in compliance with regulations and internal procedures
• Build and maintain strong relationship with insurance providers and clients
• Undertake any ad hoc duties / tasks that may be assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Certificate in General Insurance and Health Insurance.
• At least 1 year experience in Insurance Industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
