• Carry out claims processes diligently to achieve company’s KPIs (Claims Settlement, Accounts Receivables, etc.)

• Actively initiate/participate to improve such processes when required

• Support in updating or provision of such report(s) on bi-monthly basis or other period specified by management

• Minimum GCE "O" level.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Team Manager Duties

• Send daily/interim/day end sales update to the management team at the end of each production day.
• Conduct daily morning briefings (sales run rate, talk time and sales conversion rate).
• Checking of all sales submission files to ensure accuracy
• Call calibration- sharing of good quality call to team
• To ensure all compliance requirements are met.
• Review and coaching of agent’s call. Document and identify the gap for improvement.

Monthly duties & reports

• Prepare Agent Sales Report for management weekly sales review
• Campaign/Daily sales report analysis to come up with strategies to boost sales.

Ad-hoc Duties

• Prepare & update agent performance for contract renewal or appraisal.
• Send email to admin regarding withdrawal/additional sale for the team.
• Attending to miscellaneous requests (checking of Cx’s details/photocopy etc.)

REQUIREMENTS

• Preferably with CMFAS BCP, PGI (HI will be an advantage)
• Preferably Diploma holders and above

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the execution of audit engagements for financial services clients, with a focus on banking and capital markets, in compliance with relevant regulatory and professional standards.
• Ensure the timely and accurate completion of audit portfolios, managing budgets, resourcing strategies, billing, and collections.
• Oversee the management of audit portfolios, including monitoring progress against plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Drive the client experience by managing client relationships and accounts effectively.
• Build and manage a professional audit team, providing regular coaching and feedback for continuous performance enhancement.
• Engage the team to deliver value-added services to clients.
• Maintain a working knowledge of accounting literature, trends, and technical issues relevant to the financial services industry.
• Stay informed about industry trends to identify potential issues, risks, and best practices.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, preferably with a professional qualification in CA (Singapore) or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of audit experience.
• Experience in auditing clients in banking and capital markets, payments, and/or fintech space preferred.
