Position description:

As a Data Analytics Manager (Finance and Equities), you will play a pivotal role within our data team, collaborating closely with product, strategy, finance and engineering teams. Your primary goal will be to maintain our finance and equities business data pipelines, derive actionable insights from extensive datasets, influencing strategic decisions and driving equities growth. What you will be doing:

• Drive actions to improve our equities business with product, marketing and CRM teams based on insights from the analysis
• Design and evaluate experiments in our equities business using statistical methods
• Monitor data processes, providing the support that teams rely on to make decisions.

What you need to be successful for this role:

• BS in a Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Physics or a related field within 7+ years of experience.
• Strong SQL skills. You will need to write custom queries to pull data to support your assumption and hypothesis.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Preference for Looker Data Studio).
• Experience with scripting and data analysis using Python.
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with good attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well in an international team environment.
• Ability to be agile and flexible in adapting in a dynamic environment.
• Interest in the investment, financial sector or web3/cryptocurrency is a plus.
