As part of a finance team who contributes to the ongoing effectiveness and efficiency of the new Private Residential development project, you will conduct the financial management, budget and cost control and forcasting of project development sector within the Group.

Responsibilities:

1.Establish project company’s financial management regulation, develop job responsibilities/scopes and related SOP

2. Daily bookkeeping and ensure accuracy and filing of files in a timely manner

3. Complete the financial statement and annual audit work
