GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The role of an Associate Relationship Manager (Associate RM) is linked to the respective internal development programme. It is therefore a transitional role for a limited period of time (generally 3 years), with the overall aim of the Associate RM becoming a Relationship Manager (RM) after the successful completion of the programme. The present role profile describes the key features of the position towards the end of the programme, not at the very beginning.

Job Purpose:

This is a 6 months contract role. The job purpose of the Junior Operations Analyst role is to provide support to the Head of Operations in the department daily operations. 1.1 Transaction support to Relationship Managers:

• Provide execution support to all transactions booked in Singapore by taking ownership of the loan booking process from end-to-end including coordinating with clients, internal and external parties.
• Help Relationship Managers with pre-deal work like maintaining deal pipeline, computing deal profitability, preparing account plan and call reports.
