We are looking for a proactive Finance & Operations Executive to oversee financial operations, streamline workflows, and support administrative functions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting

• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including payments, payroll, and expense tracking.
• Assist in cash flow projections, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Support bookkeeping and financial records reconciliation.
• Prepare financial documents for audits and compliance.
• Coordinate tax reporting for both fiat and crypto transactions.

Operations & Administration

• Handle office administration, procurement, and expense management.
• Streamline and automate financial and operational workflows.
• Maintain organized records of contracts and operational documents.
• Coordinate team events and office space management.
• Collaborate with external vendors, accountants, and auditors.

Requirements

• Proven experience in finance, operations, or administrative roles.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication skills for working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Singapore corporate compliance and reporting requirements.
• Must be based in Singapore.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Familiarity with Web3 concepts (crypto transactions, wallets, blockchain accounting).
• Experience with AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude).

Role:

We are looking for hiring a Finance Manager in our team, who should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to identify problems and opportunities within a function and ultimately provide solutions that help achieve the business' goals.

Location: Singapore

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the operational finance functions within the organization.

• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure efficient financial operations.

• Monitor financial performance and provide analysis, insights, and recommendations to senior management.

• Manage financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational decisions with financial data and analysis.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices in operational finance.

• Review a variety of areas including operations metrices, revenue and profitability metrices, and financing metrices

• Suggest changes to senior management using analytics to support your recommendations. Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from any of the elite colleges & MBA in Finance is preferred

• 0-5 years of work experience in the relevant field

• Understanding of financial statements, cost / management accounting (understanding of KPIs)

• Ability to model financial statements

• Should be detail oriented, analytical, and inquisitive

• 10-15 years of post-qualification experience.
• Prior experience in technology/ wealth or venture capital industries.
• Extensive senior-level accountancy experience, including directorship and board reporting.
• Comprehensive understanding of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices.
• Expertise in areas like receivables, payables, payroll and treasury functions.
• Proven experience managing a team responsible for accounting functions within an organization.
• Familiarity with accounting practices for advanced technology businesses.
• Experience in project-based accounting and finance business partnering.
• Knowledge of intellectual property (IP) development accounting and capitalisation rules for IP/intangible assets.
• Mastery of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).
