We are looking for a Finance Manager / Head of Finance to join our team! This role will report to our CEO/Founder. You will be responsible for managing the financial actions of the company including tracking cash flow, analysing strengths and weaknesses to propose corrective action plans when necessary and preparing accurate forecasts so that management can make informed decisions about future investments or cuts including setting up and tracking financial goals, objectives, and budgets. Your main job responsibilities will include -

• Oversee and lead the entire finance, accounting and legal functions of the company, assuring legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitoring compliance with laws and regulations.
