JOB DESCRIPTION

• Serve retail customers and advise them on various personal banking and financial products and services based on their needs
• Engage customers through branch banking touch points, tele-appointments, and/or outreach programs
• Provide Financial planning advices to the customers and identify suitable financial solutions offered by the bank to meet their financial goals
• Have a good understanding of the banking regulations and to adhere to the rules and guidelines when conducting businesses
• Professionally and deliver service standards as prescribed by the Bank service values
• Achieve a balanced scorecard set by the company
• Ability to execute and ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Branch in charge

Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder and vendor management: Coordination and liaising with internal and external parties including government bodies, volunteers, external auditors, vendors etc.
• Providing strong support to the Executive Director and Executive Committee where needed i.e. minute taking, drafting of communications, compilation of presentations, preparation of reports and analysis.
• Handling and processing membership applications, including the tracking and resolution of queries.
• Facilitate signing, filing and execution of statutory reports and banking documentation.
• Ensure proper record keeping, filing of documents and correspondences.
• Support on logistics and organisation of events and conferences.
• Managing administrative and billing matters related to events, sponsorship and membership processing.
• Monitoring financial transactions, reporting and reconciliation of financial statements and other payment related tasks.
• Supporting the Executive Director and the Treasurer in financial reporting, budgeting and audit exercises as per agreed deadlines.
• Processing of expense claims.
• Maintenance of membership database and records online.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years' working experience in relevant experience
• Strong in Microsoft Office (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with conferencing platforms (Zoom, MS Teams), DBS IDEAL, Corppass submissions.
• Strong facilitation skills and experience in dealing with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to problem solve and independently tackle issues to resolution.

Working Days/Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 8.30 am to 6 pm

Responsibilities:

• Generate invoice.
• Verify accuracy of bills and obtain approval before sending out, especially on non-standard items, interest charges, arrears payment, failed Giro deduction.
• Ensure billings are done on time, to prevent backlogs and incurring bad debts that needs to be written off.
• Perform routine internal / manual / billing system compliance checks as well as on payment receivables using advanced excel formulas.
• Perform immediate corrective actions on billing errors through comms to the public.
• Oversee cases with arrears.
• Monitor payment and prepare bills for late payment interest and prepare report using data visualisation tools.
• Keep records of conversations with tenants for fees not collected within the stipulated timeframe.
• Call to hasten/ clarify on late payments.
• Prepare invoicing for ad hoc billing scenarios.
• Offset payment against individual invoices for accurate arrears tracking.
• Establish arrangements with banks on Giro payment reports, failed deduction etc.
• Ensure write off process is adhered to.
• Track arrears till closure according to guidelines established.

Requirements:

• Singaporean.
• Good data analytic skill such as maintaining data, gathering data from primary and secondary sources, identifying, analyzing and interpreting trends from the data.

• Assist in the gathering and analysis of data and information required for each audit assignment planning.
