JD for the role is as follows:

1. Primary scope of activity will relate to the KYC function, including:
2. Coordinating and performing customer onboarding and periodic reviews;
3. Assisting RMs to raise and maintain the quality of their KYC profiling;
4. Handling of potential name hits during client onboarding, CDD/ECDD periodic and triggered Reviews;
5. Regular or ad hoc reporting and escalation of emerging issues; and,
6. Handling ad hoc remediation projects.
7. Other activities will be delegated by the Head, KYC, as needs arise. These may include updating policies or development of improvements to Client Onboarding related operating procedures.
8. Provide support to the Head, Business Compliance in assisting the Front Office to fulfil its KYC obligations. Activity covers all business lines via performance of CDD and ECDD procedures, where applicable, to ensure that customer is risk-rated appropriately according to the Bank’s AML/CFT framework (e.g. Low, Medium and High Risk customer).
9. To understand the customer’s background, form well-grounded expectations of the customer’s behavior to detect suspicious or unusual behavior during the business relationship and protect the business and integrity of the bank by reducing the likelihood of the business becoming a vehicle for, or victim, of financial crime and guard against fraud.

Finance Manager Requirements:

Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

JOB SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, the Finance Analyst will work together with the Singapore Finance Team and Asia Shared Service Centre (SSC) to support the Singapore business by managing the day-to-day finance operations, delivering insightful timely analysis and other financial planning needs.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities:

• Lead the conceptualization of technical solution architecture based on project requirements and IT strategies. Participate in evaluating and selecting vendors, products, and technologies for the proposed solution.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects, subject matter experts, and product vendors to ensure the technical solution aligns with enterprise architecture principles, standards, and guidelines, while fulfilling project objectives. Serve as a liaison between the enterprise architects and the project’s technical delivery team.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for the proposed solution architecture.
• Effectively communicate with stakeholders to facilitate the solution architecture process and obtain necessary approvals.
• Present and secure buy-in for the technical solution from IT management and the enterprise technology/architecture board.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the financial industry.
• At least 5 years of experience in solution architecture roles, with a strong understanding of the system and project implementation lifecycle within a banking environment.
• Experienced in designing scalable, resilient technical architecture solutions, including end-to-end integration across channels, systems, middleware, and data warehouses. Experience with integrating commercial off-the-shelf products and cloud solutions is highly desirable.
• Expertise in system integration patterns, enterprise architecture, microservices architecture, and cloud computing services. Knowledge of system and network infrastructure is a plus.
• Extensive knowledge of banking technologies and systems, including industry developments and trends. Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD, containerization, and programming languages such as Java and/or .NET.

Operations
