• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide clients with informed advice and updates.
• Conduct regular reviews of client portfolios to ensure comprehensive coverage and address any emerging risks.
• Prepare and present detailed insurance proposals and reports to clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and concerns.
• Attend networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings to promote the company’s services and expand the client base.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3-10 years of experience of sales broker in retail / HNW insurance brokerage or RM with the banks in the preferred / priority platform
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
• Ability to analyze complex risk profiles and design customized insurance solutions.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Apply machine learning and neural network techniques to train and develop large financial models.
2. Implement quantitative model algorithms in statistics, econometrics, machine learning, and other areas.
3. Conduct in-depth research on machine learning and reinforcement learning theories and algorithms, and apply them to real business requirements.

Qualifications:

1. Master’s degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Finance, or related fields.
2. Strong foundation in mathematics and statistics, with proficiency in machine learning and reinforcement learning algorithms.
3. Research achievements and practical experience in machine learning and reinforcement learning, with the ability to independently conduct research work.
4. Excellent coding skills, solid understanding of data structures and basic algorithms, proficient in C/C++ or Python.
5. Familiarity with financial knowledge and experience with model training algorithms like RNN, CNN is a plus.
6. Strong problem analysis and solving abilities, able to quickly understand and address complex technical issues.
7. Experience with large AI models is a plus.
