The role of an Associate Relationship Manager (Associate RM) is linked to the respective internal development programme. Job Description and Responsibilities
1. Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial
reports.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
Skills and Qualifications
• Educational Background: A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a finance or accounting role and be well versed in handling multiple accounts including construction work in progress accounts.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Role:

• Provide timely and accurate financial information and analyses including management and financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and overall control

Overview of the role

You will be accountable for business planning and commercial design finance for the region focused on Japan in Fabric & Home Care business unit. You will take a lead to design mid / long term Japan Fabric Care business strategy and financial glidepath by collaborating with multi-functional team. You will manage short-term financial result delivery and financial reporting by providing explanation of variances and key performance drivers and consolidation of business results to senior management. You will own initiative financial design including new product design with innovation, pricing strategy, and promotion strategy. Job Scope

Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will be responsible for a Regional Finance portfolio including review of accounting operations (AR, AP, GL, Travel & Expense, Payroll approval etc), financial and management reporting, forecasting, budgeting, tax, audit, compliance and statutory filing requirements. You will implement cost control measures to manage CAPEX and OPEX, identify cost reduction opportunities and provide recommendations for improvement actions. You will also oversee cash flow and liquidity management, manage relationships with banks, ensure accuracy of payments and ensures prompt collections from customers. You will prepare financial results presentation, weekly and monthly reports for management and commercial teams to have latest information on sales, cost and profitability performance.
