Job Description

• Managing all queries, recoveries, and correspondence for the assigned portfolio across various channel partners.
• Prepare debtor reports and identify provisions for bad debts.
• Support operations teams in managing business and client services efficiently by addressing their queries promptly.
• Reconcile daily transactions from the bank payment gateway that are not automatically matched in the system.
• Review and post receipt payment vouchers into the reconciliation system.
• Verify and review commission statements.

Join a major life insurer as a sales support for their Financial Advisory division and work with the sales leaders in ensuring all documentations including balance scorecards and fact find applications comply.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform checks on representatives’ fact-find forms.
• The checks are supplementary to what the sales leaders have reviewed.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and operational skills;
