Responsibilities:

1. Portfolio Analysis:

- Conduct in-depth analysis of investment portfolios, assessing performance metrics and risk factors.

- Bachelor's degree, Local Diploma, A Levels

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

Overview:

The Asst. Manager will assist to lead and support the budget team day-to-day operational activities, enabling the team to dedicate more time to optimizing processes and driving efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in routine financial operations, including reporting, budgeting, and forecasting tasks.
• Support ad-hoc financial requests and data preparation for strategic decision-making.
• Approve FastPay collections link submission for students’ activities and provide support.
• Preparation for withholding tax submission.
• Preparation Risk Control Matrix.
• Contribute to streamlining existing workflows and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
• Review of journals submission and budget transfers.
• Review of WBS creations and submission.

Requirements

• Possess a recognized degree in Accountancy with a minimum of 3 to 5 years working experience.
• Good knowledge of SAP financial systems (S4 HANA) and analytical tools (eg. Power BI) would be an advantage.
• Possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• High level of independence as well as the maturity and ability to work with staff at all levels.

Financial Reporting (50%)

• Provide financial information and prepare monthly, quarterly, yearly, and special reports.
• Review reports from the shared services center.
• Prepare Principal reports and handle statistics/surveys.
• Coordinate, prepare, and finalize budgets and forecasts with departments.
• Perform consolidation tasks, including actuals, forecasts, and budgets
• Generate and post consolidation adjustments and working files.

Analysis (30%)

• Analyze KPIs, operating expenses, capital expenditures, and balance sheet positions.
• Conduct performance analytics and variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast).

Treasury (20%)

• Monitor cashflow.
• Prepare treasury reports (daily/monthly cash reports and quarterly cashflow projections).
• Assist with treasury-related projects as needed.
