Our client is an Automotive Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for an Assistant Finance Manager (Finance Transformation) to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a finance transformation strategy aligned with business goals.
• Implement initiatives to streamline financial processes, improve accuracy, and reduce operational timelines.
• Utilize advanced financial technologies to enhance processes and reporting.
• Lead the organizational change efforts for finance transformation, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

· Perform KYC due diligence/ end-to-end client lifecycle management

Job Responsibilities:

· Perform KYC due diligence of new and existing clients (periodical revisions)

· Conduct checks and due diligence on these clients primarily looking out for PEP/Adverse news/information that may be detrimental to the reputation of the bank

· Communicate closely with Front Office on the collection of the KYC documents/information

· Review and close out transaction monitoring alerts

· Provide guidance and sharing of KYC knowledge to the junior team members in the team and other departments

· Discount and mitigate screening hits – during onboarding and ongoing monitoring

· Ensure accurate and proper maintenance of statistics for timely MIS reporting/other ad-hoc reports and perform monthly reconciliation on the KYC Status versus Opened Accounts of the Existing Clients.

· Participate in Projects and perform UAT testing assigned by the Manager

· Other ad-hoc screenings or duties assigned by the Manager

Job Requirements:

Min 4 years of experience in KYC / AML area handling Corporate banking portfolio

Experience in client facing is highly preferred

Proficiency in English & Chinse to liaise with Asia counterparts

Strong computer skills especially in Microsoft suite

Good communication skills and detailed personnel
