Requirements:

• Well-rounded Finance incumbent with minimum 8 – 10 years relevant experience in end-to-end finance and consolidated financial reporting

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain accurate entries and prepare journal postings, including accruals and adjustments.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and reconciling vendor statements.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Update the fixed asset register, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Support tax return preparation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide documentation for audits and implement internal controls.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare forecasts.
• Identify and implement efficiency enhancements while troubleshooting accounting issues.
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve financial discrepancies and outstanding items while maintaining clear and professional communication with vendors, customers, and team members.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A minimum of a Diploma in Accountancy or an equivalent qualification; ACCA or similar credentials are a plus.
