Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced accountant to manage the financial operations for both Special
Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) and corporate entities. This role combines hands-on accounting work
with strategic financial management, requiring attention to detail and strong organizational

Core Responsibilities

1. SPV Financial Management
• Establish and maintain financial books for Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs)
• Manage third-party referral fee calculations and payments
