The Offshore Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) in Malaysia market, providing them with personalized financial services, investment advice, and wealth management solutions. This includes offering tailored banking solutions, identifying new business opportunities, cross-selling products, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Advocate for and cross-sell a variety of banking products and services, including but not limited to loans, deposits, wealth management, bonds, equities, and foreign exchange (FX).

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
