• Maintaining relationship with Branch Corporate Banking Customers for all their Trade finance and Transaction banking requirements

Bank Onboarding / Legacy Alerts Closure

• Follow up with Financial Institution Group/ International Financial Institution Group for documents or approvals with respect to bank onboarding/ legacy alerts
• Liaise with Compliance, Central Operations and other internal teams
• Raise mail/ memo approvals for onboarding/ re-onboarding/ legacy alerts closure

Others

• Process Improvement- Review of Correspondent Banking, Trade Procedures and other PAC Notes
• Resolve queries with respect to Bank’s Corporate Internet Banking and Trade Online Platforms

The Investment Banking Team is looking for an Associate to be based in Singapore.

Our Associates play an important role in developing and strengthening our client relationships, participating on our advisory teams and in structuring and executing a full range of financial transactions. Their responsibilities include creating and analyzing financial models, organizing and preparing client presentations, helping manage transaction processes, client communication and engagement and assisting in structuring transactions. They will gain exposure to the firm’s businesses and expand their knowledge of the investment banking industry, as they develop key analytical, communications and marketing skills.

Associates develop financial models, perform customized company valuation analysis, and are actively involved in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions and fixed income and equity issuances. They organize and prepare presentations, which explain industry trends, assess clients’ situations to provide the necessary financial advice, and recommend strategies to meet client goals. Additionally, Associates coordinate teams of tax advisors, attorneys, and bankers for various transactions; lead execution of full transaction, conduct and facilitate due diligence processes and actively participate in the negotiations of legal documentation. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 3-5 years of corporate finance / corporate advisory (or related) experience, ideally covering Southeast Asia market

• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with positive attitude, strong work ethic and communication skills (written and verbal)
