Financial Analysis

• Prepare/review/analyse the Financial Management Reports

Daily/ Weekly

• Review and approve daily rates uploaded in FCC.
• Review Nostro Reconciliation, and ensure promptly follow-up action to resolve un-reconciling items via emails to respective stakeholders

Monthly

• Reviewer of MB17 information and review the reasonableness of individual / collective impairment loss and upload the allocation of impairment loss by BU entries to SAP.
• Reviewer of all journal entries posted by the department.
• Preparer of CPM File - Loans, Deposits and upload of internal pricing entries to SAP by 2nd business day
• Prepare Financial Performance for Management and FICON on monthly and quarterly basis as required by Business
• Preparer of M-O-M variances of Financial Performance by the stipulated timeline
• To assist to prepare the monthly Branch Meeting slides and commentaries
• Assist to prepare and track the Business Units performance versus the Budget/Plan, and advise accordingly on each unit performance to the Chief Executive Officer of the Branch.
• Assist in monitoring of actual OPEX against plan and communicate to the respective HOD on the OPEX usage on a monthly basis.
• Prepare CB and bank-wide loan and deposit balances on a monthly basis for submission to HO, and analyze the variances to provide value-added inputs by partnering Business Units in driving the business strategies in achieving budget/plan of the financial year
• To work closely with relevant stakeholders and Business partner to Business Units by providing value-added inputs and advises
• Main contact person for CB businesses in providing inputs to stakeholder’s queries

Yearly

• To assist in the preparation of the lead schedule of the annual Financial Statements and co-ordinate within the department in the preparation of the disclosures sections and supporting workings.
• To assist in providing information to KPMG Tax agent pertaining to the Singapore Corporate Tax submission to the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore
• To assist in providing support to BEPS Pillar II return to Head Office and tax agent (if necessary)
• To assist in the Yearly Budget and 5-years forecast
• To assist in the Year-end Audit (KPMG), Internal & HO Auditors

Other Duties:

• To perform any other duties as may be assigned by the superior from time to time
