Responsibilities

Payroll Processing & Administration

• Liaise and work closely with payroll vendor to ensure the monthly payroll computations and ad-hoc payroll computations for new joiners and terminations are accurate and in compliance with Singapore labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Ensure the accuracy of payroll data by verifying data against supporting documents.
• Liaise and manage payroll vendors in overseas offices (e.g. China) to review and process payroll for overseas employees in compliance with local tax and labour laws. Check overseas payroll reports (e.gs. Dubai and India).

HRIS Support

• Assist in global HRIS implementation, aligning it with organizational needs and best practices.

• Conduct training sessions to educate users on HRIS functionality and provide ongoing support to maximize system utilization.

HR Operations

• Support the HR team in pre-hire, on-boarding, off-boarding, and training records administration.

Responsibilities

• Source for retail space for product placement.
• Secure visible shelve space based on planogram and setup displays to attract shoppers’ and consumers’ attention. Tidying in-store shelves and removing damaged stock.
• Source and organise roadshow for outdoor marketing
• Organise and participate in promotional events such as roadshows, sampling, and instore promotion activities to build brand awareness
• Attend to customers’ enquiries & resolve customers’ concerns
• Attend to sales enquiries, provide quotations and expedite order processing
• Enhance customer rapport by delivering excellent customer service
• Perform product demonstration/presentation and onboarding for new retail space.

Job Responsibilities

• To handle full set of accounts including preparation of General Ledger, AP, Balance sheet, P&L, Bank Reconciliation for monthly and yearly reporting
• Preparation of Management Reports and balance sheet schedules.
• Prepare quarterly GST reconciliation for submission.
• Reconcile monthly bank statement
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of management reports and other required reports
• Handle billings and receipts
• Perform accounts payable function in preparation of payments to vendors and staff reimbursement.
• Perform monthly financial closing and preparation of management accounts and schedules.
• Assist to liaise with external auditors and other statutory agents.
• Perform any other administrative/accounting duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualifications, or higher
• Min. 2 years relevant work experience
• Computer literate, hands-on experience and prowess on accounting software such as Xero, Quickbooks, Globe3 software is a plus, and should be familiar with Microsoft Office applications
• Responsible and mature with high level of literacy competence
• Possess good inter-personal, analytical and communication skills
• A good team player with positive work attitude, strong initiative and resilience
• Detail-oriented, meticulous, and able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
• Able to work independently and prioritise work with minimum supervision
