RESPONSIBILITIES

• To execute effective monitoring of workplans and budget while building a robust knowledge management system

Position Overview:

As the Admin cum Marketing Coordinator, you will take on a dual role, handling essential administrative duties while also driving our digital marketing efforts. Your work will primarily focus on content creation, social media management, and running Meta ads to promote the firm’s services and showcase our design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties:

•⁠ ⁠Provide administrative support, managing day-to-day operations of the office.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate team schedules, meetings, and appointments.

•⁠ ⁠Handle onboarding of new team members

•⁠ ⁠Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems

•⁠ ⁠⁠Support the team with lead distribution

Marketing Duties:

•⁠ ⁠Social Media Management: Curate, create, and schedule engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook to showcase the firm’s design projects, services, and industry insights.

•⁠ ⁠Content Creation: Produce high-quality visuals (photos, videos, graphics) and write compelling captions for social media platforms.

•⁠ ⁠Videography & Photography (Bonus): Capture behind-the-scenes content, design transformations, and client projects to create engaging video and photo content. Experience in videography and photography is a plus.

•⁠ ⁠Meta Ads Management: Create and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive traffic to the website.

•⁠ ⁠Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers to build a strong online presence and foster client relationships.

•⁠ ⁠Content Strategy & Analytics: Develop and implement a content calendar, track engagement metrics, and analyze performance to optimize content strategies.

Qualifications:

•⁠ ⁠Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative support and social media marketing, preferably within a design or creative industry.

•⁠ ⁠Skills: Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook), content creation tools (e.g., Canva), and Meta Ads Manager. Videography and photography skills are a bonus.

•⁠ ⁠Technical Skills: Knowledge of social media scheduling tools, basic video editing software, and analytics platforms

•⁠ ⁠Strong written and verbal communication skills.

•⁠ ⁠Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

The incumbent champions all matters relating to digital marketing with a key focus in the US and UK regions spanning from website management and promotional activities to the optimization of digital assets and marketing leads generation, supporting the overall aim of driving web traffic, raising the profile and brand image of the company and increasing revenue.

Responsibilities (Including but not limiting to)

• Influence and implement the paid digital strategy
• Work very close with the paid media agencies to make sure the strategic goals are achieved
• Conduct monthly meetings with key regional executives discussing paid media performance
• Be a team player working with multiple internal teams in getting internal campaign setups
• Create and update brand website content through Sitecore CMS
• Liaise with Sales, Marketing & Revenue teams and external vendors to execute campaigns and promotions on multiple platforms
• Prepare accurate monthly reports by pulling data from multiple sources, including Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics
• Responsible for technical SEO; apply SEO best practices, so that pages are indexed and presented well on the search engine
• Edit and update digital creative assets to augment digital marketing activities with a focus on paid media

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing / Digital Marketing, Business and/or related fields
• Experience handling CMS for a website; familiarity with Sitecore is a plus
• Proven track record as a digital marketer in a multi-continent or multi-country capacity; experience working in hotel chains will be hugely advantageous
• Experience in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
• Social media campaign management and Adobe Photoshop experience is preferred
• Experience in managing paid media

Primary Relationships:

The position works within the Corporate Communications Team, with the occasional support of the Customer Care department.

The position will have dual reporting; where the incumbent reports directly to the Assistant Marketing Director, alongside the Social Media Team.

Outside the organization, the position coordinates primarily with the brand’s online audiences on all social media channels.

Job Descriptions:

• Engage with all mentions and reposts to continue building a strong sense of community with the brand’s audiences
• Answer all customer queries on social media platforms in a timely manner and, where appropriate, transfer customer’s request to the Customer Care department to obtain specific information and escalate cases if needed
• Monitor daily/weekly/monthly performance on key operational metrics and execute timely interventions to ensure Customer Care matters are resolved
• Create monthly listening reports for the Social Media team

• Document all resolved cases and most frequently asked questions in the internal database for tracking and improvement purposes

• Display strong willingness to learn and initiative
