• Responsible in payroll process, claims expenses, and other related matters

Requirements:

• ACCA/Diploma in Accounting or equivalent with 2 years of relevant work experience
• Possess knowledge in GST, Local Tax Regulations, and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (FRS)

Operations Management:

· Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient execution of tasks across departments to maintain smooth business functions.

· Assist the Regulatory Department in preparing for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with required standards.

· Develop innovative marketing ideas to promote EyRIS products and services, reaching new clients and partners.

· Respond to customer inquiries through email and social media platforms, ensuring professional and timely communication.

Event Representation & Global Branding:

· Represent EyRIS at international events, exhibitions, and conferences, promoting our innovative solutions to a global audience.

· Support the Marketing team in planning and executing promotional activities that boost brand awareness and client engagement.

• Responsible for the data entry and accounts payable functions of the Company that includes review, verify and accurately process invoices that are supported by approved purchase orders, direct invoices, employees claim and any other expenditures

Job Description

• Customer Service – Front counter duties, such as attending to students, parents, walk-in customers, vendors, etc
• Call Management – Make and answer telephone calls, record messages, direct calls, and relay messages to relevant school personnel as necessary
