Requirements:

Role:

• Provide administrative support to the trading department.
• Assist with market analysis, report preparation, and presentations.
• Prepare and execute commercial contracts and related documents, including trading, hedging, and shipping contracts.
• Ensure accuracy and systematic maintenance of the organization’s contracts and documents in a database.
• Monitor, manage, and provide summary reports on the status and performance of commercial trades.
• Liaise with internal and external parties to track and manage contract-related disputes and disagreements.
• Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate (preferably in Business, Finance, or Maritime Studies) or diploma holder with at least 2 years of experience in the oil trading industry and a similar role.
• Meticulous, diligent, and professional.
• Good drafting and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide timely and accurate financial information and analyses including management and financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and overall control
• Lead and manage continuous improvement projects for finance department excellence
• Support Senior Manager on monthly review of entities financial performance, follow up on queries and ensure closure of action items
• Work closely with the Finance Managers to support the Directors and Group Management to achieve financial KPIs
• Review projects profitability and submit monthly reports to management, explaining delta costs and margin achievements against forecasts
• Credit review and release for new customers, release of sales orders and variation orders in SAP
• Cash flow management, including cash flow forecast and the review of foreign exchange hedging requirements

REQUIREMENTS

• Qualified accountant with at least 5 years post qualifying experience
• Good experience and knowledge in SAP systems
• Prior experience in Commercial FP&A or business partnering
• Self-motivated, dynamic and result oriented individual
• Ability to work independently and produce accurate works within tight deadlines
• Team player with initiative, willingness to learn and take on responsibilities
• Strong collaboration, consensus building, problem resolution and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

Sales (60%):

1.Generate new business leads and follow up on existing opportunities.
2. Build relationships with customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions.

3. Uncovering/qualifying new sales opportunities through outbound calling, email/LinkedIn interactions

3. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
4. Schedule product demos
5. Manage inside-sales pipeline, track progress, and report on sales performance.

Marketing (40%):

1. Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns (email, social media, content).
2. Create engaging content (case studies).
3. Manage social media.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies.
5. Analyze campaign results, optimize performance, and report on ROI.
