• Supporting the day to day general ledger accounting and reconciliation, financial reporting and analysis – Using QuickBooks (or Xero)
• Support in all monthly, quarterly and annual close activities which include analyzing accounts, journal entries (and/or amending them), performing account reconciliations, and preparing reports and financial documents
• GST-Filing: Collate all the necessary documentation and reports, ensure approval by Company Directors and submit to Head of Finance

Finance (40%):

• Organise the planning and forecasting process to build a complete picture of our P&L
• Develop dashboards and projectors using QuickBooks
• Provide support on costings for project proposals to clients
• Handle company payments as required, including creators involved in Crowdsourcing
• Invoice and accounts payable: Issue invoices to clients as per project schedule. Ensure on time payment from clients. Ensure payment on time to suppliers, as per our commitments and cash flow position

Overall Team Support (30%):

• Prepare Director’s claim on monthly basis
• Record and keep track of employees’ leave benefits
• Ensure time sheets are submitted on weekly basis

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

You will assist in the tasks of the Quality Service and Finance units for the client, with a focus on both quality service and finance support, including:

Quality Service tasks:

Job Description: Logistics Executive

Work Location:Singapore

Reporting Structure:Direct report to Group SCM Head; functionally reports to Logistics Manager who are based in Durapower-Suzhou.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Review logistics and product information, develop logistics plans, and select transport modes.
• Prepare customs documents and coordinate with customs for smooth clearance.
• Analyse logistics costs, optimize channels, and manage carrier relationships.
• Manage warehouse operations, ensure accurate inventory, and track shipment progress.
• Address logistics issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Analyse logistics efficiency and recommend improvements.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics Management, or related fields
• Minimum of 3-5 years in international logistics. Experience with batteries and related goods is a plus but not a must. Some knowledge of Dangerous Goods (DG).
• Proficient in ERP systems and office software. Good communication and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with international trade terms and logistics policies, particularly for battery transport, is advantageous.
• Bilingual in both Mandarin and English to liaise with Durapower-Suzhou colleagues

This position encompasses the following responsibilities:

Business Management Support

• Identify and track inputs and needs of Creative Director, and follow up with concerned parties to attain inputs, and accomplish required tasks.
• Act as point of contact between the Creative Director, team leads and employees.
• Check and respond to incoming outlook emails daily, and alert respective Co-Founder when their input or response is required.
• Schedule meetings for the Creative Director and ensure meetings are professionally conducted.
• Work with administrative team to ensure smooth daily operations of TrueWorld Studios.
• Ensure Creative Director receives reports from operating team on time.
• Ensure business continuity and information flow between the Co-Founders, Creative Directors, operating team, and external stakeholders.

Security and Knowledge Management of Documents

• Ensure all physical and digital documents (legal/ administrative) are well maintained and securely filed.
• Ensure maintenance of company records and official paperwork of the Creative Director.
• Assist Creative Director in performing form submissions to government bodies, bank institutions and game show organisers.

Administrative Support

• Manage Creative Director's calendar (setting up/ accepting meetings and reminders).
• Make travel and accomodation arrangements for the company where required.
• Make appointments for third-party contractors and services.
• Record minutes during meetings.

Profile of Candidate:

• Candidate must possess at least a Polytechnic Diploma, A', O' Level Certification or equivalent.
• Able to multi-task and have excellent organisational skills.
• Able to respond to stakeholders and external parties in a pleasant and professional manner.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Meticulous and conscientious work ethic.
• Able to uphold discretion and confidentiality of company information.

Receptionist Duties:

• Answer telephone calls, and schedule patient appointments
• Answer queries about the clinic.

Administrative Duties:

• Obtain, key and maintain patient data records
• Provide clear guidance on basic clinical procedures
• Assist in patient health insurance claims process
• Assist in online billing system and claiming for panel insurances
• Manage internal and external communications
• Arrange hospital admission, laboratory, and imaging services when required
• Assist in the mediation process between patients and healthcare providers
• Manage the clinic's inventory count and assist to order stock and supplies when low.
• Oversee the purchasing, maintenance, and repair of clinic equipment when required.

Clinical Duties:

• Dispensing of medications
• Financial counselling
• Chaperone/Accompany the Doctor during consultation when required
• Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the premises and consultation rooms
• Sterilize medical equipment and sanitize designated areas.

Job Requirements;
