Purpose of Job:
Ā· To design. implement, monitor and evaluate programs pertaining to the Wellness Community.
Ā· Donor, partner and volunteer engagement and management.

Programmes Scope
Ā· Design, implement, monitor and evaluate programs.
Ā· To deliver programs, activities and support assistance initiatives for participants who attend Shan You Wellness Community activities.
Ā· To organize lifestyle activities that enhance psycho-social and mental health.
Ā· To organize programmes on professional training.
Ā· To increase knowledge and skills to improve the self-management of elderly. Improve the quality of life of the elderly by focusing on mental and physical health and help the elderly to have greater control over their daily functioning.
Ā· Review and lead assistance schemes like the food rations, community meals distribution and befriending schemes.
Ā· Keep proper records and provide timely records and updates to management.
Ā· Provide updates on stock inventory and track distribution of supplies, proper record of stock inventory and track distribution of supplies.
Fundraising Scope
Ā· To conceptualise, develop, implement, monitor and evaluate fundraising initiatives and strategies
Ā· Manage and execute fundraising projects with budget and schedule
Ā· Build and strengthen collaborative relationships with donors, partners and volunteers.
Ā· Implement cloud-based Donor Management solutions to improve operational efficiency and IT security of organizationās donor management database.
Ā· Raise funds by sourcing for sponsorships and donations from individuals and corporate
Ā· Write proposals and appeal letters that could attract donors, including application for funding grants
Ā· Prepare and give presentations to potential individual and corporate stakeholders
Ā· Maintain and grow database of sponsors and donors to advance digital donations
Ā· Develop and coordinate web-based fundraising and merchandise sales
Ā· Ensure compliance with corporate governance, Charities Regulation and regulatory requirements of the agency and Singapore law
Ā· Network with stakeholders, community partners, social and welfare service agencies
Ā· Conduct outreach talks to the public and corporates
Ā· Plan and organise outreach activities, project and events
Ā· Raise funds by sourcing for sponsorships and donations from individuals and corporate
Ā· Assist in funding application by providing statistics and costing budget
Volunteer Scope
Ā· Conceptualise and implement volunteer programmes/events within budget, funding mechanism and timeliness.
Ā· Build and strengthen collaborative relationships with donors, partners and volunteers.
Ā· Implement cloud-based Volunteer Management solutions to improve operational efficiency and IT security of organizationās volunteer management database.
Ā· Match volunteers to organisation needs and volunteer interests.
Ā· Develop effective strategies to recruit new volunteers, conduct screening, interview and orientation.
Ā· Identify suitable and effective training platforms for volunteers and train staff on volunteer management.
Ā· Plan and organise formal and informal engagement programmes for volunteers including annual volunteer appreciation event.
Ā· Manage volunteer registration, resource allocation, duty roster and track participation.
Ā· Supervise volunteers and manage their service quality.
Ā· Raise the awareness of organisation volunteer programmes.
Ā· Develop and maintain volunteer programme materials, such as application forms, policies and procedures, orientation handbook, etc.
Ā· Manage volunteer communication collaterals, such as emails, EDM, event invitation, newsletter, etc.
Assist in Reception/Front Desk operations.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Ā· Minimum 1-3 years of relevant work experience in programme management. Minimum 1-2 years in social service agencies/IPC charities is preferred.
Ā· Minimum Diploma in related fields. Bachelorās Degree Preferred.
