Responsibilities:

We are looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic team player to join us as an Assistant Programme Executive at Active Aging Centre @ Chai Chee. The Assistant Programme Executive assists with the centre activities and clients at the centre

- Plan and prepare monthly activities schedule for clients.

- Engage with the clients during the activities.

- Pack and distribute food ration packages.

- Assess clients’ need and make necessary referrals to appropriate agencies and/or various care services.

- Manage and maintain all necessary documentations and paperwork of clients’ data and centre activities.

- Maintain the general cleanliness of the centre.

- Assist the centre manager on any other ad-hoc duties.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday : 8:00AM – 5:00PM
Saturday/Sunday : Minimum 2 Saturdays or Sundays

Responsibilities

• Secure appointments from client inquiries through different platforms (Social media channels / Phone calls / Emails)
• Create connections to potential clients from provided leads and sources through phone calls
• Send reminders to clients for upcoming appointments
• Prepare monthly sales conversion report

About The Role

The shortlisted candidate will report to the Manager and provide administrative support to the department.

What You Will Be Doing

• Curriculum Operations Oversight: Participate in the operations of curriculum approval & updates, course fees, academic rules, quota, course registration and acquisition & delivery of course materials, course fees. Resolve issues with precision and timeliness.
• Process Coordination: Co-ordinate and maintain efficient process for operations and activities within the department and supporting operations to ensure effectiveness and compliance with standards.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, facilitating communication and collaboration on administrative matters pertaining to eCR, Curriculum-related activities.
• Student Support: Address enquiries from Student Services promptly, providing comprehensive solutions for routine and escalated cases, fostering a positive and supportive environment for student success.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Prepare statistics and generate reports for both internal data requests and reporting purposes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of information.
• Digitalisation & Documentation: Engage proactively in identifying processes for refinements and digitalisation. Document and continuously improve work procedures for departmental activities, optimizing efficiency and effectiveness.
• System Testing and Support: Provide support for data migration and conduct essential pilot testing for new system functionalities. Resolve major issues before roll-out, ensuring a smooth transition for the team and making necessary adjustments.
• Guides and Training Material Development: Create comprehensive guides, FAQs, and workflows for internal staff and students, aiding their understanding and usage of new systems effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the Brand and Marketing Manager on all brand and marketing matters including:

• Plan social media calendars, create engaging content and manage the social media channels (LI, FB, IG and Tiktok etc. for both B2B and B2C brands);
• Strategise, implement and manage ad buys on Meta, Tiktok and Google, with effective tracking for campaign results and improve ROAS;
• Collaborate with influencers and other brands to achieve brand and marketing objectives;
• Monthly reporting of digital marketing initiatives and ROIs;
  Work with in-house designers and manage agencies for design work and SEO (including updating on shopify site);
• Produce seo-optimised blog copies for website;
• Oversee design and creatives for all marketing materials and collaterals;
• Support integrated brand and marketing campaigns for a wide range of products;
• Other adhoc duties assigned;

Requirements:

• Up to 3 years’ experience in digital and social media marketing, preferably in-house and in the FMCG industry
• Diploma/Bachelor in business and/or marketing preferred
• Have proven tracked record of managing ads campaigns from planning to implementation, tracking and reporting
• A good eye for aesthetic
• Possess relevant skills for social media content creation with a solid portfolio to show
• Able to use capcut or other video editing softwares to create reels/Tiktoks
• Familiar with digital marketing ad buy and its technical requirements
• Able to produce content in Mandarin for China market
• Self-starter with strong project management skills and ability to work on multiple projects and deliver them within given timelines
• Able to work with and manage designers and agencies
