RESPONSIBILITIES

Front Desk, Operations & Secretariat Support

The candidate will play a key role in driving industry engagement and partnership activities, bridging communication and collaboration between CFI Singapore, partner institutions, and industry stakeholders to advance joint initiatives and strategic goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be part of the Community Health Department, providing administrative and logistical support to our Service Points that provide day care and dementia day care services for seniors requiring personal care while their family/caregivers are at work or needing rest.

Facilities & Operations:

Support Centre Supervisor and Admin Manager in efficient and smooth running of the Service Points:

• Ensure upkeep and cleanliness of facilities, liaising with vendors on maintenance matters.
• Upkeep of first aid supplies and fire-fighting equipment. Ensure reception and meeting rooms readiness at start and end of the day.
