Job Description:

• Responsible for daily finance operations and liaising with suppliers as and when needed.
• Manage full set of accounts for company, including bank reconciliation.
• Perform month-end closing and prepare journal entries, ensuring data accuracy.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, accounting and audit schedules.
• Assist with preparation of financial statement for the company
• Assist with attending to external auditors and tax advisors.
• Support quarterly GST returns to ensure statutory compliance.
• Support tax filing and calculation.

• At least Diploma / Degree holder in Finance / Accounting or relevant experience in accounting.

Assist in ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including tax filings and reporting requirements.

Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and information.

Collaborate with the management team to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.

Keep the internal accounting softwares updated.

Prepare Payslips, Pay Salaries, Reimbursements and Contributions.

Employee Work Pass renewal and applications.

Liaising with MOM to apply and renew employee Work Pass including Employment Pass, S Pass and Work Permit.

HR administration such as contracts, annual leave, public holidays, medial leave and Work Passes.

Any other duties as per required from time to time.

Main Responsibilities
