Requirements

· Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field.

· Minimum one year’s experience in donor or partnership management in the social service sector or a related sector.

· Excellent communication, persuasion and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, attract and inspire support from diverse stakeholders.

· Excellent writing skills with the ability to co-develop compelling proposals

· Proficient in donor management software and Microsoft Office suite.

· Able to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

- Assist in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles to parents
- Coordinate & arrange 1st tuition lesson between client and tutors
- Assist with day-to-day Admin and Operations of company

Work Location: Dhoby Ghaut / Woodlands / Tampines

Working Hours: 5 days work week (2 off days on weekdays)

• Monday : Rest Day
• Tuesday : Rest Day
• Wednesday to Friday : 1:00pm to 9:30pm
• Saturday and Sunday : 8:30am to 6:30pm

Salary Package: Basic Salary ranging from 2.3k - 2.8k + performance bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide information and process paperwork related to student enrollment and admissions
• In-charge of school fee collection and invoice issuing
• Answer general inquiries from students or parents via phone call / email
• Handle administrative / operational tasks of the school
• Other ad-hoc admin duties

Requirements:

• Able to work in the evenings and weekends
• Bilingual in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking parents and children
• Comfortable taking care of the children
