Job Responsibilities:

• Work with both internal and external departments such as Business Development, Project Management, Marketing, and Finance.
• Work closely with our Senior Management to derive an effective marketing plan.
• Communicate and manage requirements between senior stakeholders to ensure objectives are met.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors.
• Develop marketing collaterals to drive acquisitions and business growth.
• Propose new channels and ideas to stand out from the competition
• Provide content direction and assist in producing marketing materials, such as Presentation Deck, Product Deck, Brochure, Publications, etc.
• Develop campaigns targeting various segments of acquisitions. Execute digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Good knowledge of content marketing and digital strategy.
• Assist with brand strategy.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Advertising, or other related disciplines.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in relevant work experience.
• Proven working experience in digital marketing.
• Good understanding of Marketing, Branding, and Product positioning concepts.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
• Added advantage for candidates with graphic software background.

9. Organizing events, roadshows and product exhibitions.

10. Responsible for social media marketing programs.

11. Develop and execute marketing plans in accordance to brand direction.

12. Experienced and accomplished at leveraging full value from marketing automation processes and tools.

Requirement:

1. Proven experience as marketing executive and excellent understanding of B2B marketing or similar role for software products and solutions

2. Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods

3. Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices

4. Proficient in marketing software (e.g. CRM)

5. Excellent communication and people skills

6. Strong organizational and time-management abilities

7. Creative and possess strong commercial awareness

8. BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline

Job Scope:

- Handle Day-To-Day Business Operations of Singapore's #1 Education Agency

- Attend to interested clients via various forms of warm leads (form orders, calls, WhatsApp, etc.)

(no cold-calling or anything of that sort)

- Assist clients in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles based on their criteria

- Coordinate and arrange 1st tuition lesson for clients and tutors

- Follow-up with any necessary administrative support and after-sales service

- Familiarize with and utilize custom-made company software which is focused on automation

- Looking at about $2,500 - $3,700/Month or more after incentives

Working Hours:

- 4 Weekdays, 1 Weekend OR 3 Weekdays 2 Weekend

(Working days of your choosing & mutually agreed with the company)

- 9.00am - 6.30pm
