End-to-end M&A Process

Manage end-to-end M&A processes, including deal preparation, due diligence, financial modeling, valuation, negotiation, and completion.

Oversee the preparation of information memorandum, detailed financial models, valuations, and forecasts to assess the feasibility of transactions.

Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.

Enhanced Reporting and Executive Communication:

Job Description

· Matters related to donations, e.g. obtain information from donors / team members, data entry of donor particulars, and issuance of tax deduction receipts / thank you letters to donors.

The role reports to the Global CFO supporting Asia and responsible for overseeing and coordinating various operational activities within the organization. The Manufacturing Cost Accounting & Finance Manager, (internal title: Manufacturing Cost Controller) will be responsible for acting as a business partner to the management team of a manufacturing facility enabling strong business performance and ensuring adequate controls.
