Knowledge and Skills

1. Must-have skills

• Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent

Program Management

• Manage day to day accounting functions and perform bookkeeping for AR, AP and GL
• Manage AR receipts, AP payments and monitor ageing report together with bank reconciliation
• Work closely with finance team to ensure PnL and other reports are done within stipulated timeline
• Work closely with operation team for daily orderings and liaise with suppliers for any discrepancy on orders and invoices
• Prepare, maintain, and review purchase price lists and highlight for the price changes

The Partnership Engagement Executive will be instrumental in supporting and executing GS1 Singapore’s strategic programs, focusing on partnership development and engagement. Job Purpose
