• Require keeping detailed records of all shipments, including documentation, cost information, and delivery dates, to ensure accurate reporting and analysis.
• Continuously seeks to improve shipping processes by researching new transportation methods, negotiating contracts with carriers, and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as per department requests.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics and Operation Management or GCE “O" level or its equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in logistics or shipping.
• Strong knowledge of shipping and transportation regulations and procedures.
• Proficiency in using shipping software and other relevant technologies (ERP System).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve shipping issues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of international shipping and customs regulations may be required, depending on the company's operations.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (speak with China suppliers).
• Able to commerce work with short notice.
• 5.5 days’ work week.
