Purpose of Job

This position is responsible to ensure financial standards compliance for all infrastructure-related investment and operating spend.

Central to it is to formulate investments forecasting and budgeting, and tracking of both investment and operating budget fulfilment, and to liaising with internal and external auditing and tax bodies. Expect to handle complex accounting transactions and conduct financial training, when required.

  and closing of financial transactions for month end closing

What Knowledge & Experience We Require From You

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or professional accounting qualification
• At least 4 years of relevant working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Microsoft Excel
• Familiar with ACCPAC and SAP would be an advantage
• Strong work ethics including attention to detail and resourcefulness with positive work attitude

Job Scope

-Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions, including

accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for the development and execution of Strategic and Integrated Communications to strengthen visibility, awareness and understanding of MINDS, and to spread the narrative of inclusion, empowerment and advocacy for PWIDs.

The Head of Finance Shared Service Centre (“FSSC”) serves as an integral part of defining and implementing strategy based on the global direction of the organization, of the FSSC team. As the Head of Finance Shared Services Centre, we rely you to:

Core Functions/Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the operational performance and service standards of FSSC, which includes the functions AP, GL, AR, Credit, Income Audit and Cost Control.
• Ensures accuracy of financial data submitted, and strict adherence to the monthly, quarterly, and yearly deadlines to Hotels and to HQ.
