• Prepare and deliver comprehensive month-end commentary, offering a clear and insightful overview of SEA’s financial performance.

2. Country Submissions & Consolidation

• Collect and consolidate financial landing reports from various SEA countries.
• Develop a single, unified file that highlights key metrics and trends.
• Identify gaps, diagnose discrepancies, and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Challenge anomalies with local teams to ensure robust data integrity.

3. Budgeting (R1 & R2)

• Oversee the consolidation of P&L statements and supplementary financial data during the budgeting cycle.
• Validate and reconcile data that cannot be directly integrated into Jedox.
• Highlight gaps, analyze variances, and provide solutions to ensure alignment with regional and global targets.

4. Regional Reporting

• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for Managing Directors (MD) and other senior leaders.
• Compile data on store performance, sales, and profit to support regional reviews.
• Transform raw data into visually appealing and actionable formats that facilitate strategic decision-making.
