Job Brief:

We are seeking a responsible Operations Executive to be the central point of contact between Employees, Customers and the Company. Assist the Operations Manager in performing site observation and ensure operation procedures are strictly adhered to. • Monitoring worker's pass expiry and applying for refreshers yearly.
• To Check off the work plan assigned to an individual and keep an update it’s completed or comment for any reason to postpone the due date if it’s unable to fulfil the due date.

Account Executive (4 Months Contract)

Responsibilities:

● Update and record accounting transactions including invoices generation on ERP

● Generate monthly statement of accounts of customers

● Perform reconciliation of customers’ and Supplier ‘outstanding payments

● Work with Customer Service team to resolve billing disputes, discrepancies, and queries

● Prepare, examine and analysis account records, financial statements, and other financial reports to provide strategy for growth.

● Prepare and handle full sets of account (Accounting, Financial Statements, Tax, Consolidation, Reconciliation, Financial Planning, Credit Control, Invoicing, Data Entry, Accruals and Audit)

● Prepare monthly AR/AP aging analysis, collection forecast and relevant provisions
