Job Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive, you will:

• Drive Sales Growth: Proactively identify, develop, and acquire new customers while maintaining and growing existing accounts.

• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in the HR field as generalist role.
• Past working experience in manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Wiling to work in Tuas area.

Responsibilities:

• Able to prepare and manage the full set of monthly reports.
• Issue Invoice and make payment to the customer.
• Updating ledgers, and budgets.
• Diploma Accounting Certificate.
• Min 2 years accounting experiment.
• Good IT knowledge.

- Provide full spectrum of HR

- Manage recruitment, including reviewing job descriptions, posting job advertisement, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews to offering and on-boarding of new hires

- Assist with MOM related survey, Application & renewal of work passes on MOM website

- Manage payroll processing and attendance tracking

- Ad hoc duties as assigned by Head of Department
