Key Account Management

• Responsible for achieving key account sales performance in alignment with the agreed annual sales budget and targets.
• Accountable for developing and maintaining effective working relationships with key accounts at the HQ level.
• Collaborate with key account buyers to receive updates, facilitate promotional activations, and conduct periodic reviews.
• Strategically plan, implement, and evaluate promotions to optimize cost efficiency, sales growth, and volume effectiveness.
• Manage promotional spending to ensure it remains within the allocated budget.
• Inform the Customer Service and Accounts Departments about confirmed promotions to ensure proper invoicing and claims alignment with the respective channel buyers.

Sales Operation Management

• Supervise and support the Sales Executive in driving the operational effectiveness of the sales team.
• Ensure the Sales Executive communicates updates on promotional activations and display guidelines to the sales team during monthly internal sales meetings.
• Conduct monthly meetings with the sales team to share updates on upcoming promotional plans and other relevant matters.

Responsibilities:-

• Deliver / collect cargoes via lorry as per job assigned.
• Ensure documents and cargo dimensions tally as per job order.
• Carry out cargo / road survey and ensure information is feedback to office without delay.
• Perform documentation clearance duty during police escort.
• Perform port / custom clearance duties for import / export shipment.
• Assist in field operations e.g. lifting operations, loading / unloading, stuffing/unstuffing, cargo lashing / choking.
• Other ad hoc duties as assign

Requirement:-

• Minimum "N" Level / ITE Certificate equivalent
• Possess class 3 driving license
• Possess forklift license, Rigger/Signalman, Lifting Supervisor cert, WAH cert will be an advantage, those without will be sent for traiing
• Able to start work with short notice

• Managing calendar of Line of Business General Manager
• Serves as the contact point between the executives and internal/external stakeholders
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to arrange and confirm meeting details, including agendas, attendees
• Record accurate and concise meeting minutes capturing key discussions, decisions and key action items
• Handle travel requests and claims submission for LOB GM, coordinating flight reservations and accommodations
• Ensure all travel arrangements are made efficiently and in compliance with Company Policies and Procedures
• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
• Lead and manage a team of Executive admins supporting business units within Line of Business
• Maintain high confidentiality, discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information, documents and discussion
• Work with the team to organize and co-ordinate Line of Business engagement activities/events

Responsibilities

- Establish and maintain business relationships with key customers to secure sales.

- Managing ongoing opportunities to achieves sales target.

- Act as a liaison between the sales team and the project team, conveying customer feedback,
requirements and technical support from project initiation to completion.

- Identify new business opportunities and develop new customers’ base.

Job Requirement

- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent professional.

- Good computer skill including knowledge in Microsoft Office. AutoCAD software
experience an advantage.

- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs

- Sales and customer driven with strong selling, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills.

- Objective driven and able to work independently in a multi-tasking environment.

- Good teamwork and able to handle fast-paced environment.

- Well organized with a strong work ethics, positive attitude and highly self-motivated
