Key Responsibilities

1. Handle finance settlements with banks.
2. Responsible for our Group’s treasury system and account maintenance.

Requirements of Education, Experience and Skill Sets:

• Establish and Maintain Bookkeeping Standards:

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting or any related field.
• For Finance Manager: Minimum 8-10 years of working experience, including experience in a professional firm and in-house financial, with experience in handling more comprehensive financial matters, financial reporting, and tax declarations.
• For Head of Finance: 10+ years of experience with demonstrated expertise in financial management, including senior leadership roles overseeing complex, multinational financial structures.
• Strong experience in handling complex financial transactions and comprehensive accounting operations.
• Proven ability to lead the standardization and automation of financial processes, particularly for overseas regulations.

• To perform day to day accounting and administration functions to ensure proper internal controls, compliance to local government/ company policies & requirements, implementing efficient finance and accounting procedures for the country.
