• Handle and maintain full sets of accounts (AP, AR & GL)
• Process invoices, issue cheque, payment voucher and receipt voucher
• Liaise with suppliers / vendors regarding invoices and payment matters
• Ensure all sales transactions are recorded and updated in accounting systems
• Perform data entries and assist in day-to-day operation in accounting
• Provide support to the various departments
• Other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Manager

Job Requirement

• Diploma / Professional Degree in Accounting or any other related field
• At least 1 year of experience preferably in F&B industry
• Organized and Meticulous
• Tech-savvy and computer literate
• Ability to work independently
• Preferably have experience using Xero
• Positive attitude

Job Description

• Assist in sourcing and purchasing of all building material.
• Prepare Budgeting, Cost Analysis
• Liaise with Freight Forwarding Company on shipment arrangement
• Track shipment status and update the relevant colleagues periodically
• Inventory update
