Key Responsibilities:

· Manage & lead the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce team, including order-fulfillment, quality check & control, stock picking, product listings, inventory management & customer returns

· Provide good customer service, after-sales service and handling of enquiries on our online store & marketplaces (Zalora, Shopee, Lazada etc)

· Manage the procurement of office supplies & packaging materials to ensure smooth operations

· Work closely with Management to achieve sales targets, cost budgets, productivity deliverables & plan/ execute any ad-hoc events or projects
