Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management:

- Oversee the receiving and timely distribution of stock.

- Accurately track and manage inventory levels across all sales channels.

- Monitor stock movements, identify trends, and ensure timely replenishment.

- Conduct regular stock audits to maintain accuracy and prevent stockouts.

• Order Fulfillment:

- Process online orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely order fulfillment.

- Coordinate with production teams, and delivery partners for seamless order delivery when needed.

- Proactively address customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues promptly.

• Product Photography & Editing:

- Capture high-quality product photos and videos that showcase the exquisite craftsmanship and details of our garments.

- Edit and enhance photos using professional software to create visually appealing and engaging product listings.

• E-commerce Platform Management:

- Maintain and update the company website and online store.

- Optimize product listings for search engines (SEO) to improve online visibility and drive organic traffic.

- Conduct A/B testing and analyze website data to identify areas for improvement and optimize conversion rates.

• Marketing & Administrative Support:

- Occasionally assist with executing online marketing campaigns when needed, including but not limited to social media marketing, email marketing, and events.

Qualifications:

• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in e-commerce, preferably in the fashion or luxury goods industry is a plus.
• An understanding of inventory management principles and best practices is a plus.

THE ROLE – Partnerships & Business Development Executive

Hegen offers an ambitious, relationship-oriented and go-getter Partnerships & Business Development Executive the opportunity to develop and manage partnerships with corporate clients and partners in Singapore. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Marketing, or any related fields
• At least 1 -2 years’ experience in business partnerships or account management role
• Strong critical thinking skills, commercial sense, and in-market execution capability
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent people & interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders
• Flexible, adaptable, and resilient - Comfortable working in a high velocity start-up environment, with good time management and the ability to multi-task
• Results-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Prior working experience in consumer goods company will be advantageous
