Job Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and proactive Finance Executive to join our dynamic finance team in Singapore. The Finance Executive will play a key role in managing the company’s financial operations, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and providing valuable financial insights for decision-making. Key Responsibilities:

· Handle accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and ensure timely payments and collections.

· Reconcile general ledger accounts, including bank accounts and inter-company transactions.

· Provide financial data to senior management for decision-making and strategic planning.

· Monitor and forecast cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations.

· Assist with monthly financial analysis and provide insights on performance, cost control, profitability statements and recommend strategies to optimize working capital.

· Prepare and track key financial performance indicators (KPIs), including budgeting vs actual analysis.

· Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency in finance operations to enhance accuracy and cost saving.

· Prepare and assist in the preparation and submission of financial data reports and financial statements in compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).

Requirement

• Only Singaporean/PR, Malaysian/NAS Work Permit holders, or local graduate bonded for local employment due to MoM quota limitation.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business or a relevant field.
• Certification such as ACCA, CPA, CA or similar qualifications is advantageous (or working towards certification).
• Knowledge of Singapore’s GST laws and tax incentives is advantageous.

As an Executive, Finance, you will be responsible for managing and processing vendor invoices, payments, and related financial documentation.
