Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Processing of Daily Orders
* liaise with QA Dept. on Customer’s specifications
* liaise with respective Production facilities’ planners on Customer’s order and
delivery schedules
* communicate/co-ordinate with customers, branch CS and Sales
* daily order entries
2. Preparation of Delivery/Shipment Documentations
* liaise with delivery drivers/freight forwarders on delivery/shipping matters
* liaise with Production Facility Packing on daily shipments
* booking of flights and preparation of shipping documents
3. Follow-up on Customer’s Complaints
* co-ordinate with customer on rejected goods issue
* preparation of Customer’s Complaint Form, replacement/refund arrangements
4. Follow-up with customers on spools, cases and antistatic boxes return
5. Follow-up/Update of Monthly Overdue payment
6. Monitor & Control of SMI Stock Retention Period and Month/End Stock
Reconciliation
7. Co-ordinate between TKSG and overseas Branches on Credit Application/Renewal
6. General clerical duties, including e-filing, compilation of reports as and when required
7. Undertake any other duties that may be assigned by Superior from time to time.
Additional Skills
8. Good interpersonal communication skill and team work
9. Good at mathematics and calculations of prices
10. Able to speak mandarin for easy communication with production facilities
11. Japanese language is a plus
