Primary Purpose

The Senior Executive for Regional Admin Finance will support the finance department in various administrative and financial tasks. This role involves assisting with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, month-end closing processes and company projects. The assistant will collaborate with different corporate functions to ensure efficient financial operations and contribute to informed business decisions.

Key Accountabilities

• Review and validate Corporate Packages to ensure adherence to reporting requirements.
• Prepare and generate monthly reports for corporate function heads.

The Finance & Operations Senior Executive reports to the company founder and general manager (ex-eCommerce Architect at Razer and ex-Digital Marketing Manager at Unilever) and plays a key role in our financial management, accounting and classroom operations. The ideal candidate would be someone who is comfortable to work independently with accounting or finance qualification and experience with an interest to be exposed on the more strategic aspects of managing finances and accounts as an individual contributor.
