1.Commercial Finance Lead

• Work with the Sales Team in the Annual Customer negotiation

3. Customers’ Trade spend management – SEA Business

Responsible to ensure that all the Claim settlement are being completed correctly and on time:

• Claim Review and Processing: Review all claims received from National distributors/customers for FDM, Specialty and Online Channel
• Periodic reconciliation and no dues process
• Actuals Reporting
• Monitor sales order, tracking against Budget/Forecast/Latest Estimate
• Prepare and distribute monthly commercial pack with the analysis to the commercial team.
• Tracking Monthly Actual Expenses against Budget and Variance Analysis
• Monthly Reconciliation of the Legal entity and with the Commercial Pack and compare the same with Budgets and Forecasts
• Work with the EMEA Controls Team to ensure that the Group provisioning and accounting processes are followed.

4. Financial control

· Responsible to ensure that AR & AP is being managed for the Singapore and other Asia entities.

• Support the Business with any local compliance reporting like ESR , Stat Audit etc.

Education/Experience:

We are currently recruiting for a talented individual to join our team of finance professionals as a Finance Manager. You will be an integral part of the finance function, reporting directly to the Director.

Your responsibilities will encompass covering the full spectrum of accounts and finance functions, which includes:

>> Ensuring the seamless operation of accounting processes and overseeing cash flow management and forecasting.

Your Role

The Strategic Finance role is a function that brings together the key elements of Strategy and Finance to drive transformation, digitalization, as well as business growth and returns.
