We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Management Executive to join our team to develop our businesses. This position provides hands-on exposure to multiple businesses, including healthcare, online retail, etc.

• Ensure smooth running of projects by tracking progress and updating management on status, budget, progress and risks.
• Perform market research to identify trends, opportunities and competitive benchmarking.
• Prepare comprehensive project documents including proposals, interim performance reports, completion reports.
• Organize meetings, including scheduling, resheduling and sending reminders.
• Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams, services providers, customers, end-users.
• Present progress progress to managment and stakeholders.
• Assist in managing expenses, invoices and financial documentations.
• Participate in solving real-world business challenges, contributing to operational and strategic decision-making proess.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields.
• 3 years of experiene in business support roles.
• Exceptional organization and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-pace environment.
• Strong written and veral communication skills, inluding the ability to draft professional correspondence and presentations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
• Proficieny in both oral and written English and Chinese.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking initiative and demonstrating a proactive attitude.

Working Location

Singapore, with some travel requirements.

Custom Brokerage/Declaring Agent

- Desk bound job.

- Perform customs permit declarations in an accurate and timely manner with full compliance.

- Follow up on daily shipment holds and find solutions in a timely manner to process the customs clearance

- Preparing airfreight/seafreight shipping documents for both import and export.

- Attending to customers enquiry and feedback via physical contact, email, phone calls and maintaining an excellent rapport with customers.

- Prepare and provide various reports in a timely manner to meet customers’ timelines

- Keeping the customers notified of all relevant customs circulars, notices and updates as received.

- Reviewing internal team performance, operational work processes established and implementing necessary control measures for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

- Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office

- Possess good work ethics and positive working attitude

- Able to handle pressure & adapt in a fast-pace environment

- Demonstrate an eye for details and ability to prioritize urgent tasks

- Expect overtime on a regular basis
