Responsibilities

· Manage the end-to-end implementation of Doxa’s procure to pay platform for new clients and their suppliersincluding project management, issue management, communication and change management

· This includes configuration, data setup, user training and assisting the integration team on integrating with client’s internal systems (if required)

· Understanding the internal process and workflow of the clients and presenting solutions on how it can be mapped to the platform

· Advise business users and their management how technology can transform business outcomes

· Handle Day 1 and Day 2 activities within project

· Project delivery on new intiaitives

Qualification

· At least 2 years of client services & training or related experience on IT software solutions

· Understanding of Procurement & Finance processes in Built Environment is a bonus

· Have strong people and vendor management skills

· Excellent critical thinking, problem solving and organizational skills.

· Good at execution, pressure handling and teamwork.

· Ability to organize work, prioritize tasks and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.

· Proven ability to work and execute with minimal supervision or remote management.

· Strong MS Office skills and must be comfortable using software applications

· Fluent in written and spoken English and another Asian language to be able to effectively communicate with across the region

· Must be Singapore citizen or PR

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

• Min Diploma in IT/ Computer Science with Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems.
• Good working knowledge of SQL and ERP systems

• Relevant experience in handling IT infrastructure

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle escalated support requests with a focus on resolving issues promptly and maintaining positive relationships with end-users.
• Ensure high levels of end user satisfaction by delivering timely, professional, and effective support
• Manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint and Teams.
• Oversee the development, maintenance and support of ERP system.
• Manage backup strategies for both on-premises and cloud environments.
• Evaluate, negotiate and manage relationships with technology vendors
• Provide high-level technical support for complex issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
• Perform in-depth analysis and diagnostics to address persistent or challenging technical problems.
• Act as a point of escalation for complex or high-priority support issues.
• Mentor and guide IT staff, providing support and training on advanced technical issues.
• Manage and resolve critical incidents, ensuring timely and effective communication with affected stakeholders.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and develop long-term solutions to prevent reoccurrence.
• Participate in IT projects and initiatives, providing technical expertise and support for system upgrades, installations, and deployments.
• Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to ensure project alignment and successful implementation.
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies, IT standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Implement and enforce IT security measures to protect organizational data and systems.
• Implement and manage backup solutions to protect critical data.
