Responsibilities

• Assist in the review of reports, analyse projections of sales and income against actual figures and suggests methods of improving the planning process.

Main Tasks/duties and responsibilities

• To assist in the management and preparation of; current financial reports and forecasts for future business growth including budgets, income statements, balance sheets, tax returns and reports for Government regulatory agencies; financial management reports to ensure compliance with financial and legal requirements, responsibilities and obligations, including statutory obligations.
• Reporting (content and format as agreed) on a monthly basis.
• To assist in developing plans for team activities to include financial strategy to achieve agreed targets, and effective planning.
• Manage and present proposals to enable the team to deliver accurate and competitive financial planning.
• Delegate authority and responsibility to team with supervision, accountability and review.

• Liaising with Shared Service Centre.

• Review vendors’ SOA reconciliation and payment proposal.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Finance/ Accountancy/ ACCA or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in F&B industry.
• Has in-depth knowledge of accounting principles, industry practices and procedures.
• Possess working understanding of Singapore GST and corporate tax principles.
• Strong team player with sound analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of multi-tasking, able to meet tight deadlines and handle demanding work load or pressure.
• Able to also work independently, is meticulous and possess a high level of integrity.
• Well versed in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
